How to make a return

If you wish to make a return for store credit or an exchange, please email kc@blactailbeauty.com with your name, order number and inquiry.

Return Policy

We will gladly accept your return for a store credit within 30 business days.  Policy Is Strictly Enforced.  *All Monogrammed items and items on sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

If you for any reason change your mind about the products you purchased, we are happy to exchange them.  However, you will need to send the product you want to exchange back to us, and pay for the shipping both ways.

A quick heads up: to make a successful exchange, we need the item(s) you are returning in new, unused condition.  Also make sure to include your order number, your name and address, and a note stating which items, you wish to replace with.

What to do if you receive a damaged Item

We are sorry this happened, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.  If you've received an item that is damaged or received the wrong item, please contact kc@blacktailbeauty.com, and we will address this immediately.  To expedite the process, please include a photo in your email.  We will replace a defective item within 30 days of the delivery date.  Please note:  Blacktail Beauty is not responsible for damages incurred by shipping couriers.

What to do if you have an issue with my order

We are very sorry this happened, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.  If you have an issue with your order, you will need to file a claim with kc@blacktailbeauty.com 30 days within the purchase.
